Arianne is a Bachelor of Music graduate from The Australian National University with years of experience teaching in ABRSM, YAMAHA and AMEB syllabus.
As both musician and teacher, Arianne currently work full time leading school bands around the ACT/NSW and provide private tuition after school.
As an active pianist, Arianne performs for events and music festivals such as the Winter Jazz Concert, the National Film and Sound Archive, TVB Australia, NFSA Canberra 100 celebration and annual festivals such as the Multicultural Festival, Floriade, Enlighten, Vivid Sydney etc.
She is also part of a variety of ensembles including the ANU Contemporary Music Ensemble, Jazz Vocal Ensemble, New Drumatix Ensemble and the World Music Ensemble.
Her music development with Yamaha Music Academy since 3 has equipped her with strong sight-reading and accompaniment skill as well as the ability to play by ear.
As a teacher, Arianne relates to the difficulties faced by her students, using music pedagogies – particularly the Suzuki method to assist with their learning, ensuring step by step improvement.
